Delivery & Setup

Maxim Rentals will deliver and set up rental equipment at the address provided in your reservation. Delivery and setup are included in your rental quote. Please ensure that the delivery area is accessible, clear of obstacles, and available at the agreed-upon time.

If special access arrangements are needed (e.g., gated communities, narrow driveways, or stairs), please let us know when placing your order so we can plan accordingly.

Pickup

Pickup of rental equipment will occur at the date and time agreed upon in your reservation. Please have all rented items gathered and accessible for our team. Equipment should be in the same general area where it was set up unless otherwise arranged.

If equipment is not accessible at the scheduled pickup time, additional fees may apply for return visits.

Equipment Condition

All rental equipment is inspected and cleaned before delivery. Equipment is provided in good working condition. Please inspect items upon delivery and notify us immediately if you notice any issues.

Customers are expected to return equipment in the same condition it was received, aside from normal use. Please do not attempt to repair any equipment — contact us if there is a problem.

Loss & Damage

You are responsible for the rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

Examples of damage include but are not limited to: broken chair legs, torn tent fabric, bent table frames, stains that cannot be cleaned, and missing components.

Safety & Proper Use

Please use all rental equipment as intended and follow any instructions provided by our team. Do not exceed weight or capacity limits on chairs, tables, or tents. Maxim Rentals is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from improper use of rental equipment.

Tents should not be used in high winds or severe weather unless properly anchored. If weather conditions become hazardous, we recommend taking shelter in a permanent structure.

Rental Period

The standard rental period covers the event date as stated in your reservation. Equipment is typically delivered the day of or the day before your event and picked up the day of or the day after. Extended rental periods can be arranged and may incur additional charges.
